Abstract	Ways in which participants in the educational system can improve school climate are presented in this paper. A model of organizational climate is described in terms of a functional relationship based on the functions and contributions of various groups. Specific recommendations are made for parents, teachers, principals, students, superintendents, boards of education, school staff, and the community. (29 references) (LMI)
