| Abstract | College and University Personnel Association (CUPA) presents its survey results of salaries of administrators in higher education for 1989-90. The annual survey offers salary data on 167 administrative positions at 1,390 public and private institutions to enable decision makers to evaluate their current pay levels and plan their compensation budgets appropriately. The survey includes male/female comparisons and organizes data by enrollment size, type of institution, operating budget, and source of support. Additionally, an alphabetical listing of all the responding institutions is provided, as is an appendix containing the survey and instructions with the summary position descriptions, a CUPA Administrative Compensation Survey Salary Comparison Worksheet, and the Carnegie Foundation classification codes. Information is also provided regarding Special Studies Reports that are tailored to specific institutional objectives. (GLR) |
