Abstract	Developed by a speech-language pathologist, this oral language program for students in grades K-2 contains more than 200 field-tested activities designed for whole-class use. Listening and speaking activities are arranged in developmental order and grouped according to the following 12 areas: vocabulary, concepts, listening, giving and following directions, auditory memory, grammar, rhyming, categorization, answering and asking questions, describing, role-playing and storytelling, and reasoning. The format for each activity includes name, grade level, objective, materials, time required, and procedures. Worksheets for duplication are included. Objectives, pretests/posttests, and suggested calendar schedule for implementing the program are provided for each grade level. To encourage parent involvement and to reinforce classroom learning, reproducible weekly home activity sheets (along with a letter of introduction and an evaluation form) are appended. (JW)
