Distance education programs and topics discussed include intensive course writing; ACPO (Accion Cultural Popular), a radio school in Colombia; radio at the Lesotho Distance Teaching Centre; broadcasting at the Mauritius College of the Air; the University of Lagos Correspondence and Open Studies Unit broadcasts; telephone tutoring in Australia; two-way radio in Malawi; radio learning campaigns; study centers at the British Open University, in Botswana, and in Nigeria; the National Extension College; and the Sudan Extension Unit.
