Abstract	This is a report of a field hearing held in Brattleboro, Vermont, on November 2, 1981, to provide the Subcommittee on Employment Opportunities of the Committee on Education and Labor, House of Representatives, with information regarding Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (CETA) reauthorization.
