| Abstract | This Student Manual for a Solar Heating System curriculum contains 22 units of instructional materials for students to use in a course or courses on solar heating systems (see note). For each unit (task), objectives, assignment sheets, laboratory assignments, information sheets, checkpoints (tests), and job sheets are provided. Materials are set up to be suitable for individualized instruction and include keys to prepared slide sets. The 22 units are organized in four major learning modules covering the following topics: (1) understanding solar systems; (2) designing solar systems; (3) installing solar systems; and (4) maintenance of solar systems.
