Abstract | One of thirteen individualized courses included in a marketing curriculum, this course is concerned with learning the factors which help mantain good relations among employers, employees, and customers. The course is comprised of two units: (1) Basic Human Relations and (2) Understanding Employer-Employee Relations. Each unit begins with a Unit Learning Experience Guide that gives directions for unit completion. The remainder of each unit consists of Learning Activity Packages (LAP) that provide specific information for completion of a learning activity. Each LAP is comprised of the following parts: objective, evaluation procedure, resources, procedure, supplemental sheets, study guide, and a LAP test with answers. The course is preceded by a pretest which is designed to direct the student to units and performance activities. (LRA) |
