Abstract	The development of a comprehensive set of instructor training materials for competency based vocational education is described. These validated modules and supportive materials are on the following topics: 1) program planning, development, and evaluation; 2) instructional planning; 3) instructional execution; 4) instructional evaluation; 5) instructional management; 6) guidance; 7) school-community relations; 8) student vocational organizations; 9) professional role and development; and 10) coordination of cooperative education. These materials were developed by the National Center for Research in Vocational Education based at Ohio State University. (JD)
