Abstract	This report offers a comprehensive perspective of the operations of the Clearinghouse of Resources for Educators of Adults upon the completion of its fourth contractual year. The mission of CREA is to provide resources and information about resources for use in the professional development of educators of adults. The report reviews the mission, its concomitant goals, and its prioritized objectives as they have developed year to year. Resources have been acquired through contributions by educators of adults, information studies specialists, and other persons worldwide. The dissemination of resources, a major objective, is accomplished through descriptive materials, newsletters, Federal Register Reviews, acquisition lists, a professional development series of publications, conferences, bibliographies, special projects, seminars, resource units, borrow-loan projects, and sales. Of continuing concern are the obtaining and furthering of access to available resources and program evaluation. Brief comments are directed toward personnel and facilities operations. Recommendations include flexibility in goals and priorities, careful modification of operational principles, appropriate targeting of clientele, and continuous evaluation. More than 50 supplements, identified throughout the body of the report, present detailed aspects of the program. (RAA)
