Abstract	A variety of reference aids are included in this supplement to a course in English as a second language for nursing aides. Maps of the imaginary geographic locations used in the course are provided. The bulk of the volume presents charts, lists, and illustrations designed to reinforce knowledge of basic vocabulary. Topics covered include numbers, telling time, military time, expressions about time, days and months, people doing things, kinds of food, money, colors, hospital objects, position words, verbs, hospital vocabulary regarding surgery, human anatomy, hospital abbreviations, temperature, and tag questions.
