| Abstract | This is the fifth edition of a publication (bilingual--English and French) on continuing education offered by publicly supported educational institutions. The statistics contained in this booklet cover enrollments in credit and (predominantly) non-credit courses from July, 1977 through June, 1978 in Canadian establishments of higherlearning. The report breaks down participation rates to identify enrollment patterns by type of diploma awarded, inter alia. Historical registration data for 1974-1978, year by year, are also included for comparison. The introduction offers some highlights of the statistics and some observations on course popularity and participation rates. (CP) |
