| Abstract | These 21 guides are intended for teachers, counselors, admissions officers and students. Each guide is one page long, and provides students with a range of occupations opened by the related academic subject. It introduces students to primary sources of career information and helps them develop life-long skills needed to make career choices by suggesting further readings. The guides rely heavily on the 1977 edition of the D.O.T. and "What Can I Be?" as sources. They are intended to be used with "21 Lesson Plans in Career Exploration" (ED 159 553).
