Abstract	Summarized are the proceedings of the fifteenth Lake Okoboji Educational Media Leadership Conference. The first section of the report presents a transcript of the keynote address, which was concerned with the inadequacy of many educational programs in meeting community needs. Brief reviews of the general sessions and reports of group discussions are next given. Four groups centered their discussions on problems, solutions, and the media professional's role in providing services for the urban, suburban, and rural community, and higher education. A list of 64 delegates and their concerns are appended to the report. (SC)
