Abstract | This document summarizes the interview responses of school superintendents and administrators in 19 K-12 school districts in Wisconsin. The administrators were asked ten questions about educational planning and evaluation issues, needs, and accomplishments in their districts. The respondents indicated a need for improved administrative practices, increased planning capability, and better goal development. The interviews identified certain common problems and trends in local school administration, such as tight budgets and loss of local school district autonomy. (DS) |
