Abstract	The K-Adult research and development project in career education in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, contained two phases: (1) Eau Claire Joint School District Five, introducing the 16 Wisconsin career development concepts into school curricula through teacher workshops, resource materials, public relations, and consulting services for classroom teachers and staff; (2) District One Technical Institute, implementing field testing and dissemination of project developed activities and materials, consultant services to workshop participants and school staff, coordination of information and service delivery between institutional personnel and area agencies, and availability of learning and career resource information from the local business-industrial community. Each phase is discussed in terms of management, materials production, project goals, dissemination, and transportability. A report summary outlines time period goals and objectives, procedures, results, evaluation, conclusions, and recommendations. Problem context, objective and evaluation procedures, joint management of public and postsecondary schools, and project conclusions and recommendations are presented. A 45-page third-party evaluation felt that goals were met. Strategies for assimilation, listings of materials produced and audio-visual resources, materials utilization charts, reaction form, evaluation instruments, and raw data are appended. (LH)
