Abstract | Public Schools for Cooperative Research (PSCR) is a school study council located in East Tennessee. The PSCR Institute is a two-year program devoted to the theme "Educational Planning, Communication and Community Decision Making." Materials included in this publication represent the views expressed by some of the consultants who participated with PSCR in the Institute. The authors include experts in community power structure, educational planning, personnel evaluation, State department organization and planning, and educational planning systems. (Author/WM) |
