| Abstract | The training guide is prepared for the rehabilitation practitioner, but may be of considerable value to academicians as well, in both graduate and undergraduate courses in the helping services. Emphasis is placed on a practical pragmatic approach to problem-solving, through the use of a functional view as opposed to a descriptive, anatomical point of view.
