Abstract	Primarily through the use of tables and graphs, this report presents results of a survey done in the Fall of 1972 of the activities of students who had been enrolled in grade 12 the preceeding June. The results of this survey are compared with data from earlier surveys in this program which has been conducted since 1965. The most dramatic trend evident in recent surveys is the increasing proportion of students who enter the labor force after grade 12. While the total number of students in post-secondary training continued to diminish in 1972, the percentage of those students attending a university rose sightly. However, there does not appear to be any significant pattern in the relationship between the percentages choosing vocational training and those choosing academic training. (Author)
