Abstract | The document establishes annual and long-range program plan provisions for the development, expansion, and improvement of vocational education for youth and adults of the Commonwealth. It describes the bureau's long-range objectives and annual program provisions for service based upon evidence of manpower needs, job opportunities, population characteristics and availability of vocational education to people of all ages throughout the State. It also sets forth the long-range and annual program provisions for inservice and pre-service training for vocational education teachers under Part F of the Higher Education Act of 1965.
