| Abstract | Information gathered from questionnaires, interviews, and on-site visitation is presented for 50 representative program sites in the United States at which work education projects are in operation. A summary of each program's history, organization, goals, student and faculty composition, work environment, and mode of operation is provided. Each report also discusses the successes and problems of the program and methods used to deal with them, unusual features of the program or of the way it operates, and impressions of staff members who visited each site. Tables of pertinent data are included for each project.
