| Abstract | This presentation emphasizes the role of the "assistant principal as a management team member." Evidence supports the revitalization of the assistant principal's role. The position must carry with it a total involvement of all managerial concepts. Major points stressed (with transparencies) are the team concept of three administrators working within one office and sharing responsibilities for a senior high school of 1,400 students and a staff of 65 professionals.
