| Abstract | Based on a survey of the characteristics of unemployed aerospace workers, this is the first of two reports developed to suggest alternate job opportunities in government agencies for unemployed aerospace engineers and scientists. Included in the brief summaries of 70 government job titles are general, basic qualifications and the government agency where the jobs are located. The information in the job summaries was taken from county, state, and Federal Government personnel and civil service documents, recruiting literature, examination announcements, and job specifications. A report containing summaries of job opportunities in private industry is available as VT 019 964 in this issue. (SB) |
