Abstract | Intended for potential and current job placement coordinators, this guidebook describes Georgia's placement service activities in the following five areas: (1) organization of a placement service, (2) developmental activities, (3) testing, (4) individual and group work activities, and (5) followup evaluation and research. The test's introductory rationale makes the assumption that job placement, as a key school service, should provide comprehensive efforts related to vocational preparation both at the elementary and secondary levels. Resource materials and a bibliography are appended. This leader's guide was funded by means of a state grant. (AG) |
