Abstract	The objectives of this conference on Adult Education in Singapore were: (1) to discuss problems and experiences currently confronted by various adult education agencies; (2) to seek solutions to these problems; (3) to identify new areas of commitment in light of new needs and social changes; and (4) to suggest programs to improve the quality of adult education in Singapore. Papers presented in the conference sessions, discussions following the presentation of each paper, group discussion reports, a final statement and the concluding address, the conference program, committee members, and a list of delegates and observers are presented.
