Swanson, (2) "Improving Programs to Prepare Leaders in Vocational and Technical Education" by J. A. Culbertson, (3) "The Evaluation of General Staff Officers Programs in the United States Army" by I. Birrer, (4) "The Evaluation of Management Level Training Programs at the A.T. & T. Company" by R. J. Campbell, (5) "Model for Evaluation of Graduate Programs in Vocational Technical Education" by R. Hammond, and (6) "Accountability for Graduate Programs in Vocational and Technical Education" by H. Landrith, C. Schaefer, and J. Struck.
