| Abstract | The third of seven modules on team teaching, this document deals with materials and resources, with the objectives that teachers will develop an awareness of the wide variety available, the factors to consider in selecting media, the role of the resource center, and the necessary conditions for effective use of media. The study material includes 1) a film, "The Teacher and Technology"; 2) five articles: "It Takes More than Materials" by Henry C. Ruark, "Materials" by Delbert M. Lobb, "New Instructional Media" by Dorothy Westby-Gibson, "The 'Mixed-Media' Menu" by Leonard W. Ingraham, "Teacher Power: How to Use It: Center School"; 3) an audio-tape, "The Technological Revolution in Education," by Jim Finn; 4) a filmstrip, "Design and Arrangement of Physical Facilities"; and 5) mastery tests on the study material.
