Abstract | This annotated bibliography lists 73 tests for the evaluation of health knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of elementary, secondary, and college students. The bibliography includes tests which may be used to (1) determine strengths and weaknesses in teaching procedures, (2) indicate areas needing emphasis in the health program, (3) determine the proper placement of students in health classes, (4) determine the effects of an instructional program, (5) provide a basis for grading student progress, and (6) measure student achievement. Citations include published instruments, unpublished theses and dissertations, and periodical references. Three entries are dated 1949, 33 are dated 1950 to 1960, and 37 are dated 1960 through 1965.
