Abstract | Progress on projects within the overall program of the Cooperative Project for Educational Development (COPED) are described in this interim report and some tentative target dates for completion are indicated. The working documents include a report on data processing and a description of data feedback models developed by the Michigan COPED staff. Plans are outlined for the publication of a pamphlet to aid in diagnosing the organizational climate in schools. Tables give data from questionnaires distributed to principals and teachers in the Michigan COPED schools to measure relationships among school personnel.
