Abstract | Major aspects of the project are reviewed in four chapters: (1) An introductory review of the study's background; (2) the major needs of public elementary and secondary education in Iowa and the need for a new type of educational service agency; (3) major recommendations of the study, discussed under 10 categories; and (4) major benefits resulting from the establishment of a network of multicounty regional educational service agencies in the State of Iowa. Documents EA 001 332 through 001 336 report the findings of a single study funded under Title III of ESEA. (JK) |
