Abstract	Treball Final de Màster Universitari en Psicologia del Treball, de les Organitzacions i en Recursos Humans. Codi: SBE513. Curs acadèmic: 2018/2019 ; This Final Master's Project focuses on the risk and psychosocial damage of the syndrome of being burned or burnout, being defined by Maslach (1993) as "a psychological syndrome of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced personal fulfillment". Specifically, this project aims to analyze the influence of several teachers with high levels of burnout from different institutes in the province of Alicante, in the performance of the students each teacher tutors. For this, at first, a review of the current scientific literature related to burnout, the success or performance of students and the teacher-student relationship will be made. Subsequently, the research to be carried out will be designed to verify the hypothesis that we propose: if the teachers with high levels of burnout negatively influence the performance of their students. After that, the methodology of the investigation and the results that are expected after its realization will be specified. Finally, a series of general conclusions will be established and an assessment of the competences acquired during the completion of the Master's Degree in Work Psychology, of Organizations and Human Resources, and the possible transfers of work and Master's in professional life will be made. ; Este Trabajo Final de Máster se centra en el riesgo y daño psicosocial del síndrome del estar quemado o burnout, siendo definido por Maslach (1993) como "un síndrome psicológico de agotamiento emocional, despersonalización y reducida realización personal". Concretamente, en este trabajo se pretende analizar la influencia de varios docentes con altos niveles de burnout de distintos institutos de la provincia de Alicante, en el rendimiento o desempeño del alumnado al que tutoriza cada docente. Para ello, en un primer momento, se realizará una revisión de la literatura científica actual relacionada con el burnout, el éxito o desempeño del alumnado y la relación profesor-alumno. Posteriormente, se diseñará la investigación a realizar para comprobar la hipótesis que nos planteamos: si los/las docentes con altos niveles de burnout influyen de manera negativa en el desempeño de su alumnado. Tras ello, se especificará la metodología de la investigación y los resultados que se esperan tras su realización. Finalmente, se establecerán una serie de conclusiones generales y se realizará una valoración de las competencias adquiridas durante la realización del Máster en Psicología del Trabajo, de las Organizaciones y de los Recursos Humanos, y las posibles transferencias del trabajo y del Máster en la vida profesional.
