Abstract	El objetivo de la investigación es identificar el nivel de Conocimiento tecnológico didáctico y del contenido de profesores chilenos en ejercicio y su relación con variables demográficas. Se levantó información de 214 profesores de la Provincia de Elqui (Chile) empleando un cuestionario, de conocimiento de las siete dimensiones del TPACK y de variables demográficas. Se concluye que los niveles de conocimiento de las dimensiones asociadas a las TIC son más bajos que aquellos asociados al contenido y a la didáctica. Además, se identificó que la edad, el género, la formación en TIC, el tiempo de uso, el tipo y frecuencia de uso se pueden relacionar con niveles distintos de desarrollo sólo en algunas de las dimensiones del TPACK ; The objective of the research is to identify the level of Technological pedagogical and content knowledge of Chilean teachers in service and its relationship with demographic variables. Information was collected from 214 teachers from Provincia de Elqui (Chile) applying a questionnaire of knowledge of the seven dimensions of the TPACK, and demographic variables. It is concluded that the levels of knowledge of the dimensions associated with ICT are lower than those associated with content and pedagogic. Age, gender, ICT training, time of use, type and frequency of use can be related to different levels of development only in some of the TPACK dimensions
