(DIPF/Orig.). The planning of in-service training courses and continuing-education programmes is one of the central tasks and therefore an essential part of the professional competence of teacher trainers. The article derives a general, four-level structure from successful concepts of in-service training in mathematics and explains, in accordance with these four levels, what planning activities are helpful in achieving the goals of continuing education. This structure and the corresponding model contribute to the professional development of teacher trainers. |
