| Abstract | The goal of the paper is the analysis of PE teachers' interaction styles in primary school as the reflection of intentional as well as non-intentional influencing the pupil, the reflection of the real attitudes to education, emotional manifestotions among teachers and pupils etc. In the paper we present the analysis of PE teachers' interaction styles in primary school using the Questionnaire on Teacher Interaction (QTI). The QTI questionnaire diagnoses altogether eight sectors. Each sector is equivalent to the certain type of interaction. The results indicates that the dominance and the submissivity among PE teachers in elementary school are in ballance and we find out only small differences between men and women in their interaction and communication style. Among PE teachers in elementary school prevail positive styles and with the respect to particular scores we can consider that PE teachers ar more likely satisfied with their interaction. Pupils percieve their teacher in a very similar way, i.e. they are in consensus with teachers self-evaluation. (Autor). Cílem príspevku je analýza interakcních stylu ucitelu telesné výchovy na základních skolách jako odrazu zámerného i spontánního pusobení na záka, reálných postoju k vyucování, emocních projevu mezi uciteli a záky atd. V príspevku prezentujeme analýzu interakcních stylu ucitelu telesné výchovy na druhém stupni základních skol prostrednictvím dotazníku "Questionnaire on Teacher Interaction" (QTI). Dotazník vymezuje celkem osm sektoru interakcního stylu, kdy kazdý odpovídá urcitému typu interakce. Celkové výsledky naznacují, ze dominance i submisivita jsou mezi uciteli telesné výchovy na základních skolách v rovnováze a mezi muzi a zenami lze z hlediska interakcních stylu nalézt pouze malé rozdíly. Mezi uciteli telesné výchovy na základních skolách prevládají pozitivní styly interakce a vzhledem ke konkrétním skórum lze predpokládat, ze daní ucitelé jsou se svojí interakcí spíse spokojeni. Záci pak vnímají interakci svých ucitelu velice podobne, tj. jsou ve shode s jejich sebehodnocením. (Autor). |
