Abstract | The present article reveals the relationship between health status and level of education of students in the university educational process in the context of dialectics. From this point of view, a significant predominance in the structure of student activity of either mental stress or physical load can result negative trends in state of health or in education level respectively. It is therefore necessary to identify the scope of motor activity in which it will play a health promoting role in a student's life, that is contribute to his education without detriment to health. In the university educational process student performs two main functions: learning and self-study. On the one hand, these functions when performed can lead to increased stress for the student and consequently to deterioration of his/her condition. On the other hand, sports activity can be found both in learning and in self-study which contributes to students' health protection. In this case it is advisable to take measures to ensure that students paid more attention to motor activity when self-studying. In universities it is necessary to take administrative and management measures with the view of expansion of specially organized sports activity of students, given that it has a positive effect not only on health but also on their progress in studies. However, here we should proceed from the general physiological and individual characteristics of regulation of physical loads to avoid the reverse effect. (Autor). |
