| Abstract | Adopting an evolutionist approach to learning and to training, the article represents an attempt to give a different orientation from conventional approaches, going from learning based on imitating the external image of movement (thus from an external viewpoint) to learning in which athletes are encouraged to seek individual solutions (thus based on an internal viewpoint), creating during training and in competitions situations that are interpreted as problems, the solutions to which are contained in response models that are genetically already encoded during the evolutionist process. Attraverso una impostazione di tipo evoluzionistico all'apprendimento e all'allenamento viene tentato di dare ad essi un orientamento diverso da quello abituale, passando da un apprendimento che si basa su l'imitazione dell'immagine esterna del movimento (quindi su un punto di vista esterno) ad un apprendimento nel quale gli atleti sono stimolati a ricorre soluzioni individuali (basato quindi su un punto di vista interno), creando in allenamento e in gara situazioni che vengono interpretate come problemi la cui soluzione è contenuta in modelli di risposta geneticamente già codificati durante il processo evoluzionistico.
