(Orig.). The underlying principle of "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire" is a complete set of methods that allows for the presentation of (dry) content in an exciting and interactive manner. These methods, which are flexible and can combine sensory perception in a variety of ways, can be applied to meet many teaching needs. In this article, [the authors] present three different applications of this principle, all which were successfully implemented in three different branches of science to replace traditional presenter-centred lectures. All methods based on this principle feature an interactive, game-oriented and multimedia character, which allows students to work actively in a comfortable atmosphere. (Orig.). |
