Abstract | The implementation of new forms of organization in German vocational schools demands for an instrument to measure effects of the various concepts used. The diagnostic of organizations developed mostly in the economy tries to describe systematically and fundamentally the behaviour and experience of the members of its organizations including the analysis of relevant effects. Management and human resource development and the influence from outside persons and factors are of interest if school development is the main focus. After presenting three relevant approaches known for vocational schools the author then describes his view of correlated interrelations used for his experimental inventory. The questionnaire and its use are described and presented in their relevant results. (DIPF/Orig.). |
