In his article "40 Years of Kreuznach Higher Education Concept by the BAK" (Federal Assistant Professor Conference) (KHK) Ludwig Huber reminds of the significance of the BAK and its central publication which at that time experienced an unusually broad circulation for a text of that kind and had a great conceptual influence on the debate of higher education reform. He outlines this concept, puts it in the 1968 formation context, shows its limits and weak points and determines - as a strong point - the goals of the reform, many aims and concepts of which - who would believe it? - still hold true nowadays, 40 years later, and have just become reality or are still discussed as being desirable. At the same time, the KHK contains passages which may be interpreted as an anti-concept and a warning against many an undesirable development in the implementation of the Bologna Declaration in Germany. This is why the HSW is going to publish this article. (HDZD/Text adopted). |
