| Abstract | The study focuses on the part of teachers' work which concerns the regulation of the curriculum: sharing on the contents, managing the collective devices and plans, accompanying the pupil's school career, enhancing the teaching methods. These activities complete the pedagogical and didactical functions of the practice and require specific competencies. The study refers to the concepts and methods of work analysis. The purpose of this article is to present results from interviews with three sets of teachers: it explores how the context of the practice has an effect on the development of curricular competencies.
