Abstract | The teacher training college-primary schools partnership which has been instituted in professional workshops encourages the preservice teachers into some reflexion on some pedagogical practices which they have experimented in their practical training sessions and which they analyse in their professional portfolio. Through the practice of writing, the preservice teachers link up diverse types of knowledge and integrate the ever questioning nature of a constantly evolving job. The interviews, carried out with some pre-service teachers from Créteil, show that professional features prevail in the workshops as well as in the reports which both contribute to the making up of a professional identity.
