Abstract	The situation with the deported people from Kosovo to Albania has created big difficulties for the Ministry of Education and Science as well, regarding the involvement of deported children from Kosovo into the educational system of Albania.... In order to face this extraordinary situation in the education field three work groups (information group, content group, investment group) have been created in co-operation with the Open Society Foundation Albania/SOROS to treat the issues. The strategy is thought to be implemented in three main phases: The first phase ... has included the collection and processing of information and the implementation of different educative, entertaining and relaxing projects. The second phase: Start of summer schools where the students which have come from Kosovo will have the opportunity to finish the school year and be integrated in the education system in September if they are going to stay in Albania. The third phase: Involvement of the Albanian children in the educational process in the school year 1999-2000. (DIPF/orig.).
