Abstract | The evaluation which teachers carry out in their daily tasks determines the students' job and learning more than any other educational factor. A good evaluation system will settle securely an outstanding learning whereas an inadequate evaluation system doesn' t guarantee any learning in the students. The author understands that the evaluation must allude to all the elements of the curricular design ( objectives, contents, activities, resources ...) for the teacher to think over the failures and their possible reasons and have the possibility of modifying behaviours which make his/ her performance better. Starting from this estimate, the main purpose of this research (some results are enclosed here) was to find out how teachers have received the evaluative proposals embodied in the last reform and its influences towards the conducts or ordinary evaluative practices.
