Abstract | The aim of this presentation is to outline the three main axes of specific training, based on a definition of the pedagogy of exchanges, and a certain number of observations. Beginning with the three principles which are considered to be fundamental, namely contact between pupils from different school systems, the principle of equality and reciprocity, and finally, the principle of "doing together", a certain number of criteria to define specific training for this type of pedagogy can be extrapolated. One of its essential characteristics is that it enables the teacher to develop areas of interaction, within which the pupils will be able to explore their own capacities as well as those of others.
