Abstract | The video-training practices which appeared in French teacher training colleges a quarter of a century ago, constitute particularly meaningful examples of teacher training plans, based on the conception, the testing and the analysis of learning situations. This article broadly recals the development of video-training throughout a period rich in innovations and challenges thanks to a permanent exchange of ideas and practices. The main stages of this process are evoked, from "Opération CFTV" up to the latest advances of "teaching experiment laboratories". This retrospective study done by the main initiator of this movement, brings out a general philosophy of training centered on the link between theory and practice. (DIPF/Abstract übernommen) |
