Abstract | College placement directors (N=74) responded to a survey to determine what discriminatory questions are most frequently asked in screening interviews and possible effective responses. Results indicated most discriminatory questions relate to women and concern their marital and family plans. Age was the second area of discrimination. Lists suggested responses. (RC) |
