Abstract | Aside from questioning the necessity of setting up a behavioral classroom, Ryan's first article points out that: (a) powerful reinforcers can limit ranges of behaviors; and (b) in some circumstances extrinsic rewards undermine a child's willingness. Woody replies with an article promoting the fusion of humanism and behaviorism, to which Ryan answers. (Author/LPG) |
