| Abstract | This collection of annotated bibliographies on the teaching of modern languages is the product of a West German information dissemination system similar to ERIC. The bibliographies are published quarterly and list items compiled in conjunction with the ERIC Clearinghouse on Languages and Linguistics and with a number of institutions around the world. Entries include mostly German, French, English, and Russian titles. The bibliographies are made up of three main sections, including: (1) an alphabetical author/title listing with bibliographic citations and subject index terms; (2) abstracts in German; and (3) a subject index developed from the descriptor terms assigned to each entry. Lists of sources (periodicals, publishers, and institutions) cited, and a cross-reference index are included. (JL) |
