| Abstract | This guide, published by the United States Commission on Civil Rights, explains current Federal Laws that prohibit sex discrimination, as well as policies and regulations of Federal agencies prohibiting sex discrimination. The booklet describes the major provisions of each law and regulation and the complaint procedures established under each. This booklet is divided into the following sections: (1) Employment Discrimination; (2) Federal Programs; (3) Federal Regulatory System; and (4) Federal Advisory and Informational Programs.
