Abstract	The 1975 handbook describes faculty personnel policies, college services, and administrative and academic policies and procedures established by the Board of Trustees and by the college administration, faculty, and forum. It also contains general information of interest to the faculty. The school's history and organization is outlined, including administrative and collegial organization, faculty assembly, and student organization. Personnel policies and procedures deal with academic freedom, appointment, faculty evaluation, reappointment, salaries, promotion and tenure, academic rank, leaves, and resignations. Fringe benefits, affirmative action programs, and specific college services are also described. Sixteen related appendices are included. (LBH)
