Abstract | The authors' main aim in this study was to identify key predictors of Master of Business Administration (MBA) students' academic performance. The authors measured performance by the students' cumulative grade point average achieved, using data from the Students Information Systems and Application database. The authors found that a student's undergraduate grades are the best predictors of their MBA academic performance followed by the undergraduate discipline. They also found that age, ethnicity, gender, and years of work experience had no bearing on academic performance. (Contains 2 tables.) (Author). |
